Privacy notice
This notice explains what personal data the liart.cc website processes. It does not cover the FatVPN app: the app has its own privacy policy, available inside the app.
Who is responsible

What this website does not do
- It sets no cookies and uses no local storage.
- It runs no analytics, advertising or tracking code.
- It loads nothing from third parties — no external fonts, scripts or images.
- It has no forms and no user accounts.
Server logs
Like any web server, the server hosting this site records technical logs of requests: the IP address, the date and time, the page requested and the browser's user-agent string. We use them only to keep the site secure and working. They are deleted automatically after about two weeks, and we do not combine them with other data.
If you write to us, we receive your e-mail address and whatever your message contains. We use it only to answer you and keep the correspondence for as long as needed for that purpose and for our legal obligations. Our mailbox is provided by Zoho Corporation.
Your rights
Under the Law of the Republic of Armenia on Protection of Personal Data you may ask us what data about you we hold, and ask us to correct or delete it. Write to app@liart.cc. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Agency of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia.
